Heatmaster outdoor furnaces are basically a firebox surrounded by water. This water temperature is controlled by a thermostat on the furnace. The water is piped into the home, through heat exchanger's and back to the furnace. This is a closed circuit so the water from your home never mixes with your furnace.

I do offer installation in Floyd and nearby areas. My basic install charge is $1800. This would include heat and hot water hookup to an existing forced air furnace and hot water heater. This includes up to 100' of pipe . If your furnace is more than 100' from your home our charge is $5 a foot. We do not dig ditches!!!!!! The homeowner is responsible for all ditches. As each home is different this is only an bottom line number. If you think you are interested I would be glad to come out and give you a estimate.

The small heat exchanger below is used to heat your domestic hot water. The two larger ones are two different sizes We use for a forced air furnace. These can be used for gas or oil furnaces and heat pumps. The heat exchanger is placed in the ductwork leading away from the furnace and the existing fan is still used to move the air.

Basic Parts Kit $ 700 Pump, hot water heat exchanger, heat exchanger coil for forced air ,1" three way valve and a thermostat I also have pipe available at $5 a foot. I would include two 1" pex pipes, insulation and a 4" plastic cover over all of it as shown in the picture above.
