basically two sizes and then each size is offered with or without a grate and ash
pan.
You will need a grate to burn coal but do not need it for wood. We do sell more
grated models because many people want the convenience of an ash pan. I
burn a non grated furnace and it works great. When the ashes need to be taken
out I let the fire burn down and use a shovel to rake the coals aside, scoop out
the ash, spread out the coals and add wood. I usually do this about four or five
times a year. Below you will find the different furnace models offered, some
basic information on the furnace and prices on them. These prices only include
the furnace and do not include any parts for installation, sales tax or delivery of
the furnace. I do offer free delivery up to 100 miles of Floyd Va. Any additional
miles will be charged $3.00 a mile one way.
